We specialize in the single and multi-family real estate sectors of brokerage, fund management, asset management, construction and private lending. We are looking for ROCKSTARS to join our rapidly growing firm.

Summary: DLP’s marketing department is growing and we are in need of a talented content writer. You will be responsible for creating interest in DLP through writing content & telling stories.. This will include blogs, broadcast emails, press releases, white papers, e-books and case studies. In addition, drive consistent growth in DLP’s audience across digital channels. This position requires excellent content writing skills in a number of different styles/tones, a deep understanding of how to create engagement & urgency while motivating leads through the buyer’s journey and an understanding of formatting articles on the web. Compensation: $40,000- $50,000 plus bonus opportunities & huge growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • Experience in creating content

  • Able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once
  • Collaborate with marketing department on a variety of projects
  • Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices
  • Experience with online marketing and lead generation
  • An understanding of formatting articles on the web
  • Comfortable interviewing internal and external sources for information
  • Email marketing experience
