Summary: Rapidly Growing Real Estate Fund Manager focused on Multi-Family Acquisition & Private short term investment real estate lending is in search of an aggressive Producer to drive growth. DLP Capital Advisors manages 6 private investment funds focused on 2 primary investment strategies, Class B & C Multi-Family Assets & short term real estate investor “hard money/bridge” lending ; in addition to a handful of other real estate investment & debt strategies. The firm expects to grow by over 200% in 2017 & is in search for a proven producer who knows how to generate results & grow revenue. This role is perfect for a talented entrepreneurial spirited individual with a track record of being able to hunt for new business / investment opportunities; close the opportunities to financial commitment; and exceed expectations. Location: Bethlehem PA

Compensation: Total Year 1 Compensation expectation of $150,000- $300,000. Salary of $50,000-$75,000 + bonus/commission

Responsibilities

What you are great at :

  • Hunting:Generating prospects & appointments through business development NOT networking
  • Converting: Handling incoming warm leads & converting to face to face appointments
  • Closing: Delivering Face to face presentations & closing to commitments
  • Delivering WOW experiencing & developing RAVING FANS
  • Developing repeat & referral business

What you will achieve in this role:

  1. Raise $5,000,000 in capital in first 90 days from business development. $40,000,000 raised in Year 1
  2. Lead & Develop strategies & efforts to communicate, service, and WOW investors
  3. Attend all required meetings and work proactively to provide solutions to improve the performance of the management company
  4. Attend company/industry events with occasional work on nights and weekends
  5. Report on team and individual performance to CEO
  6. Execute & implement innovative sales strategies developed by company
  7. Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
  8. Accountability meetings 1on1 w/ sales & marketing team
  9. In the field training & shadowing. Ride along.
  10. Train & Develop New sales professionals
  11. Handle client complaints & train agents to avoid issues

Qualifications

What you have already accomplished:

  • Experience in working with high net worth investors
  • Experience raising capital from institutional investors: RIA’s ; Family Office; Endowments
  • Experience in account management
  • Business development success
  • Significant Real Estate or Lending sales experience
  • Experience as a leader w/ strong leadership qualities & abilities
