Summary:DLP Realty is looking for Real Estate Showing Specialists to add to our growing sales department. You would be responsible for searching for properties, showing homes to potential buyers, create urgency and excitement with clients and build lasting relationships with the clients. This position requires a driven and motivated individual for our fast past environment. Don’t have a Real Estate License….. NO PROBLEM! Responsibilities

What you are great at

  • Search for properties that fit the client’s criteria

  • Prepare paperwork and map showing routes

  • Utilize Touring Feedback Form while Touring properties

  • Meet clients with High Energy and Utilize Urgency & Excitement

  • Lead buyers in “opening negotiations”

  • Present Buyer Success Manager as the “expert” in home buying & negotiation

  • Build relationships

  • Daily reporting on prospecting activities (calls made and notes written in PRODIGY)

  • Attend Home Inspections; CO inspections; final walk throughs

  • Attend closings & obtain video testimonials & photos with SOLD sign

  • Utilize the Elite Preferred Buyer Program at every opportunity

  • Present 47 Step Home Buying System & Elite Preferred Buyer to any buyer not yet signed up with DLP. Sign Agency agreement & consumer notice.

  • Service Buyer Clients

  • Inform prospective buyers by text, telephone, and email - document contact dates

  • Preview properties weekly

  • Show properties to buyers

  • Communicate with lead agent using the team’s follow-up system and scripts

 

What you will achieve in this role:

  1. 15 Showing Appointments per week

  2. 4 negotiations opened per week

  3. 7 closings per month

  4. Thoroughly understand the buyer’s timing, motivation and criteria

  5. Preview the team’s listings within 72 hours

  6. Research listing inventory for buyer needs daily – MLS, FSBO, pocket

  7. listings, coming soon listings, withdrawn/expired listings, new construction listings, etc.

  8. Attend 3 Open Houses per month

Qualifications

What you have already accomplished:

  • The ability to communicate effectively, both speaking and listening

  • The ability to build relationships that generate repeat and referral business

  • A valid state driver’s license

  • An active real estate license or the willingness to obtain license within first 30 days of employment

  • Reliable, clean automobile

  • Have a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the buying process: forms, loans, inspections, appraisal, home warranty, new construction, etc. to be able to answer client questions

  • Be learning-based and seek mentoring/shadowing opportunities

  • The ability to plan, schedule, and keep commitments

  • Smart Phone and tablet or laptop
