DLP Capital Advisors is a private investment group designed to produce consistent, high-yield returns while providing liquidity and a “No Losses Ever” driving focus behind our investment decisions. We leverage the holistic resources of our family of companies and our many years of experience and hundreds of successful investments in the distressed residential & multi-family real estate space. Direct Lending Partner originates short-term real estate loans for the purpose of acquiring and renovating distressed residential & multi-family real estate. Direct Lending Partner is not a broker or middle-man. Instead, we fund all deals directly. By offering direct funding, we can utilize an efficient and practical approach to underwriting that allows us to fund deals that banks cannot. In addition, because we perform our own underwriting and funding, Direct Lending Partner can close loans extremely quickly, often in as few as five days.

DLP Property Management: Currently in the midst of an acquisition boom that has seen our size triple in just 15 months, DLP Property Management operates in 6 states up and down the east coast and manages nearly 3,000 units, with anticipated growth to more than 5,000 units within the next year. Location: St Augustine FL | Jacksonville FL l Bethlehem PA

Compensation: Total Compensation if achieve Year 1 Expectations of $250,000+.

Salary of $52-62,000 + aggressive bonus plan.

What you will achieve in this role:

  • 20 meetings w/ multi-family operators in first 90 days
  • $5,000,000 in business closed in first 120 days
  • $50,000,000 in direct acquisition or senior equity in year 1
  • $25,000,000 in bridge debt in year 1
  • $400,000 in investment/ loan brokerage revenue on non DLP owned properties in year 1
  • 500 units added to property management in year 1

Qualifications

What you have already accomplished:

  • 5+ Years experience in multi-family real estate
  • 5+ Years experience in business development
  • History as a top 10% sales producer
  • Multi-Family Acquisition experience preferred
  • Multi-Family lending experience preferred
