    Summary: We are searching for an experienced Director of Multi-Family Acquisitions to focus on Class B & C multi-family assets in the South East. You would be responsible for prospecting multi-family owners, network & build relationships, lead site visits, asset, marketing and over all investments analysis. This position requires three plus years of multi-family brokerage or acquisitions and a history of success as a top 10% sales producer.     Compensation: $95,000-$120,000 base salary + bonus schedule

    Location: St Augustine, fl | Jacksonville, FL | Augusta, GA | Regional/National Travel Required

    What you will achieve in this role:

    • Lead capx / redevelopment projects across 6+ states & an expectation of over 500 units in 2018

    • Oversee Cap-x budgeting for portfolio of 4,000+ units in 2018

    • Create and Complete budgets for unit renovations for redevelopment projects

    • Complete all redevelopment projects on-schedule and under budget

    • Ensure optimal pricing from vendors by managing relationships and leveraging corporate buying power

    • Lead multifamily standardization process on interior and exterior finishes including flooring, cabinetry, paint, landscape, signage

    • Work with Property Management, Asset Management and Revenue Management teams to develop strategies for capital improvements that maximize revenue to properties as efficiently as possible

    • Work with DLP Builders support staff to ensure timely processing of invoices, submission of draw requests, administration of contracts and expense reporting

    • Lead process development

    • Oversee 3-Day apartment turn schedule

    • Attend all required meetings and work proactively to provide solutions to improve the performance of the management company

    • Attend company/industry events with occasional work on nights and weekends

    What you have already accomplished:

    • Must have 5+ years leading multi-family cap-x / redevelopment projects

    • Must have 5+ years of Construction experience

    • Experience budgeting & bidding capx projects

    • Experience in executing plan & achieving budget & deadlines
