    Summary: We are searching for an experienced Director of Multi-Family Acquisitions / Pilot  with 2 primary focuses. First, flying private aircraft for CEO & leadership team to business appointments throughout the US. Second, leading acquisition of Class B & C multi-family assets primarily in the South East. You would be responsible for prospecting multi-family owners, network & build relationships, lead site visits, asset, marketing and over-all investments analysis.     Location: St Augustine FL

    Compensation: $80,000 -$110,000 starting salary + aggressive bonus plan on acquisitions. $150,000+ Year 1 compensation expectation

    What you will achieve in this role:  

    • Lead site visits & asset; market; and overall investment analysis
    • Prospect Multi-Family Owners consistently and aggressively & generate acquisitions
    • Network & build relationships with multi-family brokers & generate acquisitions
    • Work with Investment Analyst; asset manager; project leaders; and Regional pm's to evaluate multi-family investments
    • Negotiate offers to purchase properties
    • Prepare in advance for appointments including utilizing DLP Tools
    • Lead  Debt placement on acquisitions
    • Prospect for Multi-family financing opportunities
    • Lead Acquisition off over $100,000,000 in multi-family assets in 2018
    • Convert potential passive investors to DLP Capital Advisors
    • Attend all required meetings and work proactively to provide solutions to improve the performance of the management company
    • Attend company/industry events with occasional work on nights and weekends

    What you have already accomplished:

    • Experience evaluating; underwriting; and acquiring Multi-family real estate  required
    • Experience in B & C class multi-family preferred
    • Track record of success as a Top Producer in Sales
