    Summary: Rapidly Growing Real Estate Fund Manager focused on Multi-Family Acquisition & Private short term investment real estate lending is in search of an aggressive Producer to drive growth. DLP Capital Advisors manages 6 private investment funds focused on 2 primary investment strategies, Class B & C Multi-Family Assets & short term real estate investor “hard money/bridge” lending ; in addition to a handful of other real estate investment & debt strategies. The firm expects to grow by over 200% in 2017 & is in search for a proven producer who knows how to generate results & grow revenue. This role is perfect for a talented entrepreneurial spirited individual with a track record of being able to hunt for new business / investment opportunities; close the opportunities to financial commitment; and exceed expectations.     Compensation: Total Year 1  Compensation expectation of $150,000- $200,000. Salary of $50,000-$60,000 + bonus/commission

    Location: Bethlehem PA  l St Augustine FL | Jacksonville FL

    Responsibilities

     

    What you are great at : 

    • Hunting: Generating prospects & appointments through business development NOT networking
    • Converting: Handling incoming warm leads & converting to face to face appointments  
    • Closing: Delivering Face to face presentations & closing to commitments

    What you will achieve in this role:

    1. Place $100,000,000 in debt & equity on DLP owned properties
    2. Lead placement of $100,000,000 in debt for DLP borrowers
    3. Drive down cost of capital 2%
    4. Generate $200,000 per month in revenue
    5. Attend all required meetings and work proactively to provide solutions to improve the performance of the management company
    6. Attend company/industry events with occasional work on nights and weekends

    Qualifications

    What you have already accomplished:

     

    • Experience in commercial financing; specifically in multi-family financing. I
    • Preferred experience in agency debt & regional banks
    • Experience with warehouse facilities preferred
    • Correspondent lending experience is a plus
    • CRE financing experience preferred
    • Track record as a top producer on sales teams
