    Summary: We are looking for a high energy, high performing individual to fill our Accounts Receivable position.  

    Responsibilities

     

    What you are great at : 

    • Custom Service & Relationship building
    • Organization. Highly detailed and organized
    • Coordinating details with accuracy
    • Building processes & procedures
    • Handling high volumes of activities in a high pace environment
    • Collecting , depositing and tracking rental payments
    • Provide backup support to other groups in the accounting department, compile periodic  reports and perform other general administrative duties
    • Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
    • Interact with customers to resolve outstanding rent issues

    What you will achieve in this role:

     

    • Record rents with 95% accuracy

     

    • Communicate with tenants on rent payments
    • Deliver WOW experience
    • Track and maintain no more the 2% rent delinquencies both residential and commercial
    • Bank deposits with 100% accuracy
    • Accountability & follow through to complete tasks and projects

    Qualifications

     

    What you have already accomplished:  

    • Experience coordinating details
    • Experience in office setting & providing support to team members
    • Experience with google docs; gmail; dropbox.com  
    • Experience in a real estate office is highly valuable but not required
    • Experience in AppFolio software is preferred but not required
